Competitive Team

We have many team levels at Upstate. Currently, there are a total of 64 gymnasts competing in levels 3-9 and Prep. Op. We have a gymnast to coach ratio of 5 to 1.

Prep. Op. Team (Fun Team) and Level 3s (Developmental Team) come twice a week. Level 4s practice three times a week, Levels 5 and 6 four times a week, and Levels 7-10 five times a week (see our schedule for more information).

Our teams compete in-state and out. The gymnasts have won a countless number of trophies and medals and have had a lot of fun along the way.

We are also proud of our team gymnasts who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level--quite an accomplishment.
